George Hanlon is a director of investment sales at Walker & Dunlop, based in Denver. In this role, Mr. Hanlon is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, marketing and transacting multifamily investment opportunities throughout the Mountain region.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Hanlon worked in retail leasing and sales in the Denver area with Grubb & Ellis and another boutique local firm, focusing primarily on grocery-anchored retail centers and national tenant representation. He also previously worked for one of the nation’s largest orthopedic device manufacturers, selling advanced medical technologies to surgeons in Colorado and Utah.

Mr. Hanlon earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado Boulder. He is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP) and the Denver Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR).
