George Hanlon is a director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Denver, Colorado. In this role, he is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, marketing, and transacting multifamily investment opportunities throughout the Mountain region.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Hanlon worked in retail leasing and sales in the Denver area with Grubb & Ellis and a boutique local firm, focusing on grocery-anchored retail centers and national tenant representation. Earlier in his career, he worked for one of the nation’s largest orthopedic device manufacturers, where he sold advanced medical technologies to surgeons in Colorado and Utah.

Hanlon earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado Boulder. He is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Development Association and the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors.
