Harvey Pava is a managing director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In this role, Pava is responsible for financing commercial real estate properties nationwide across asset classes including multifamily, office, retail, hospitality, and industrial. Since joining the firm in 2017, he has advised institutional and private clients including family offices, private equity funds, and privately held investment companies and has completed more than $4 billion in commercial financings with loan sizes ranging from $2 million to $400 million.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Pava served as a senior vice president at Deerwood Real Estate Capital, where he began his commercial real estate career in 2013 and executed transactions with numerous capital sources across the United States.

Pava earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the Sy Syms School of Business at Yeshiva University.
