Holden Penn is a director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Austin, Texas. In this role, he provides a full range of advisory services to clients, including investment analysis, market research, and capital markets execution for multifamily and student housing assets.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Penn served as a senior financial analyst at FourPoint Investment Sales Partners, which was acquired by Walker & Dunlop in 2021. In that role, he conducted financial analysis and valuation of student housing assets nationwide and assisted in more than $5 billion of real estate transactions.

Penn earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Georgia and a master’s degree in real estate finance from Texas A&M University. He is a licensed real estate broker in Texas.
