Holden Penn is a director on the Investment Sales team, based in Austin, Texas. In his role, he is responsible for providing a full range of services to his clients, including investment analysis and market research, and ensuring successful capital markets executions. 
 
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Penn served as senior financial analyst for FourPoint Investment Sales partners, which was acquired by Walker & Dunlop in 2021. In this role, he was responsible for conducting financial analysis and valuation of student housing assets nationwide while assisting with over $5 billion in various real estate transactions.
 
Mr. Penn earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from The University of Georgia and his master’s degree in real estate finance from Texas A&M University. He is also a licensed real estate broker in the State of Texas.
