Houston Leifester
Senior Director, Apprise
Houston Leifester is a senior director at Apprise by Walker & Dunlop, based remotely in Texas. In his role, he is responsible for valuation and advisory in the Southwest region, as well as nationally. Mr. Leifester brings over 13 years of appraisal experience to Apprise.
Prior to joining Apprise, Mr. Leifester worked as a senior valuation specialist at Colliers, where he specialized in providing single-asset valuations, portfolio valuations, lease and cost analysis, arbitration, and consulting.
Mr. Leifester earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Texas at Austin and his master’s degree in business administration from Texas A&M University.
