Hunter Combs is a managing director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in San Diego, California. In this role, he is responsible for originating and executing multifamily investment sales throughout Southern California. As a leader on the West Coast, he is also focused on expanding the firm’s presence across the region and serves on the Walker & Dunlop Investment Sales Executive Committee, which provides strategic direction for the platform. He has more than 20 years of commercial real estate advisory experience and has executed more than $12 billion in multifamily transactions for institutional and private capital clients.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Combs served as a senior director at HFF, where he specialized in multifamily investment sales advisory.

Combs earned a bachelor’s degree in real estate from the University of San Diego.
