Director - Affordable Production
Jacob Fischer is a Director of Investment Sales within Walker & Dunlop’s Affordable Housing platform. In his role, he specializes in project-based Section 8, Section 42, and USDA Rural Development asset transactions nationwide. Throughout his early career, Mr. Fischer has participated in over $100 Million of complex affordable housing transactions.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Fischer worked as a Project Manager for a heavy civil General Contractor.
Mr. Fischer attended The Ohio State University where he studied Strategic Communications.
