Jake Fischer is a director of Affordable Housing | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Denver, Colorado. In this role, he is responsible for arranging affordable housing sales nationwide and specializes in project-based Section 8, Section 42, and USDA Rural Development asset transactions. Throughout his career, he has participated in more than $500 million in complex affordable housing transactions.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Fischer served as a project manager for a heavy civil general contractor, where he managed construction and infrastructure projects.

Fischer earned his bachelor's degree in strategic communications from The Ohio State University.
