Jake Footer is an associate director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, Footer facilitates the origination and execution of new loans for small balance and conventional multifamily properties, managing transactions from origination through closing.

Prior to his current role, Footer served as a senior analyst at Walker & Dunlop, where he developed expertise in agency financing and supported the structuring and closing of multifamily loan transactions.

Footer earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, with a concentration in finance and a minor in psychology.
