Jake Pritchard is a director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Mission Woods, Kansas. In this role, Pritchard is responsible for originating debt and equity financing for private and public real estate owners through relationships with a range of capital sources including insurance companies, investment banks, government agencies, commercial banks, and credit institutions.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Pritchard served as an assistant vice president at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, where he focused on debt and equity origination for commercial real estate transactions. Earlier in his career, he was a consultant at Deloitte in the firm’s real estate and location strategy consulting practice.

Pritchard earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Kansas State University.
