Jake Pritchard is a director of Capital Markets at Walker & Dunlop, based in Mission Woods, Kansas. In his role, he is responsible for debt origination and equity financing for private and public real estate owners through relationships with a variety of capital sources which include insurance companies, investment banks, governmental agencies, commercial banks, and credit institutions.

Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Pritchard worked as an assistant vice president at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, where he specialized in debt and equity origination. Before that, he was a consultant at Deloitte, where he worked within their Real Estate and Location Strategy consulting practice.

Mr. Pritchard earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Kansas State University.
