Jake Young is a senior director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Denver, Colorado. In this role, he is responsible for the marketing and sale of multifamily assets throughout Denver and the Mountain West markets. He has more than 15 years of industry experience and has executed more than $10 billion in transaction volume throughout his career.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Young served as a first vice president with CBRE’s multifamily brokerage services team, where he focused on multifamily investment sales throughout Colorado. Before that, he was an associate director at HFF in the firm’s Denver office, specializing in multifamily sales and debt. Earlier in his career, he served as a senior real estate analyst at CBRE and an associate vice president at Grubb & Ellis Equity Advisors.

Young earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from California State University, Long Beach College of Business.
