James Geraci
Associate Director, Multifamily Finance
James Geraci is an associate director of Multifamily Finance at Walker & Dunlop, based in Needham, MA. In his role, he specializes in multifamily loan originations nationwide. Throughout his career, Mr. Geraci has worked on billions of dollars of debt transactions with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, life companies, banks, bridge/debt funds and CMBS lenders.
Mr. Geraci joined Walker & Dunlop in 2017 as a portfolio analyst in the Servicing department where he was responsible for managing a $1 billion bridge loan portfolio. In 2019, Mr. Geraci transitioned into a production analyst role and has since held several positions within the Multifamily Finance department of Walker & Dunlop.
Mr. Geraci earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and certificate in real estate from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Beyond the company, Mr. Geraci is involved in the Emerging Leaders Committee of Boston’s Real Estate Finance Association.
