Jeff Robbins is a managing director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, Robbins is responsible for new loan origination and structures permanent, interim, construction, and preferred equity and mezzanine financings for commercial real estate transactions nationwide. Throughout his career, he has originated more than $3 billion in financings.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Robbins served as a managing director in the Chicago office of Berkadia, where he worked for 11 years. He joined Berkadia as an analyst and transitioned into a production role in 2007.

Robbins earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in real estate and urban land economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He is an active member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association.
