Jeff Stingley is a managing director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Kansas City, Missouri. In this role, he represents institutional and private clients in the valuation and disposition of multifamily assets across the Midwest. He has more than 22 years of industry experience and has sold approximately 50,000 units totaling more than $6 billion in consideration throughout his career.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Stingley served as an executive vice president in CBRE’s Capital Markets Group, where he was a top producer in the firm’s Kansas City office and across CBRE’s Americas region. In 2015, he was recognized by Ingram’s magazine as one of Kansas City’s 40 Under 40, and in 2023, he was inducted into the Midwest Real Estate News Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame.

Stingley earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Arizona.
