Jennifer Ray is a managing director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Houston, Texas. In this role, she focuses on the disposition of multifamily assets throughout Texas. She has more than 14 years of transactional experience and has completed approximately $13 billion in multifamily sales.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Ray served as a senior director on the Houston investment sales team at Berkadia. Earlier in her career, she was an associate director at CBRE, where she focused on multifamily investment sales.

Ray earned a bachelor’s degree in architecture and a master’s degree in real estate land development.
