Jeremy Durnan is an associate director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Needham, Massachusetts. In this role, Durnan is responsible for arranging financing for clients nationwide and specializes in conventional and small multifamily loans. He structures transactions through a broad range of capital providers including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, life insurance companies, CMBS lenders, and debt fund capital sources.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Durnan served as an assistant vice president at East Boston Savings Bank, where he originated, underwrote, and closed commercial real estate loans throughout the Greater Boston region across multiple property types. Earlier in his career, he worked as an associate at Newmark’s Multifamily Debt and Structured Finance Group, formerly Berkeley Point Capital, where he underwrote and closed Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans for institutional, regional, and private investors.

Durnan earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from St. Bonaventure University and completed a dual certificate program in real estate finance and commercial real estate from Boston University.
