Jeremy Durnan

Jeremy Durnan is an associate director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Needham, Massachusetts. Earlier in his career, he worked as an associate at Newmark’s Multifamily Debt and Structured Finance Group, formerly Berkeley Point Capital, where he underwrote and closed Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans for institutional, regional, and private investors.

Durnan earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from St. Bonaventure University and completed a dual certificate program in real estate finance and commercial real estate from Boston University.
