Jeremy Mollison is a director of Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners | Equity at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Denver, Colorado. In this role, he is responsible for sourcing, structuring, underwriting, and managing real estate equity investment opportunities. He has more than 10 years of commercial real estate experience with expertise in asset management and investment transactions across multifamily and retail properties.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mollison served as an asset manager at McWhinney, where he oversaw multifamily assets and portfolio performance. Before that, he served as a financial analyst at Aimco Apartment Homes, where he supported multifamily investment and financial analysis.

Mollison earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in urban planning from the University of Michigan.
