Jesse Lederman is an associate director of research and securities at Zelman, based in New York. In his role, he leads our research across the Manufactured Housing and Single-Family Rental sectors.

Prior to joining Zelman, Mr. Lederman was an associate at Blue Line Advisors, a private equity fund focused on the transportation and logistics sector. Before that, he was a valuations specialist at Ernst & Young.

Mr. Lederman earned his bachelor's degree in finance from Binghamton University's School of Management, where he graduated magna cum laude. Additionally, he holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is certified with the Series 63, 86, and 87 licenses.
