Jesse Lederman is a director at Zelman, a Walker & Dunlop Company | Research, and is based in New York, New York. In this role, he leads the firm’s research across the residential REITs and manufactured housing sectors.

Prior to joining Zelman, Lederman served as an associate at Blue Line Advisors, where he focused on private equity investments in the transportation and logistics sector. Before that, he served as a valuation specialist at Ernst & Young.

Lederman earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the Binghamton University School of Management, graduating magna cum laude. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and Series 63, 86, and 87 securities licenses.
