Jessie Bland is a senior director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in New Orleans, Louisiana. In this role, Bland is responsible for nationwide commercial real estate loan originations, specializing in structuring financing from debt capital sources, including agency lenders, life insurance companies, banks, and debt funds. Since joining Walker & Dunlop in 2014, she has contributed to the origination of more than $10 billion in commercial real estate financings.

Prior to her current role, Bland held positions at Walker & Dunlop including production analyst, loan officer, and director, where she focused on originating loans and structuring debt solutions for clients across the country.

Bland earned a bachelor’s degree from Tulane University and a master’s degree in business with a concentration in finance from the University of New Orleans.
