Joe Pierson is an associate director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, Pierson focuses on loan origination for commercial real estate assets across the United States, including multifamily, build-to-rent, industrial, office, and retail properties.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Pierson served as a senior real estate associate at Lincoln Property Company, where he managed leasing efforts for a portfolio of nearly 8 million square feet of multi-tenant industrial assets and completed more than 290 transactions as a landlord representative.

Pierson earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing from the University of Arizona. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Arizona and Nevada and is an active member of FORE THE KIDS, a young professionals nonprofit organization supporting children’s charities in the Phoenix area.
