Joe Pierson
Associate Director, Capital Markets
Joe Pierson is an associate director of Capital Markets at Walker & Dunlop, based in Phoenix, Arizona. In his role, he focuses on loan origination for commercial real estate assets across the U.S., including multifamily, BFR, industrial, office, and retail properties.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Pierson was a senior real estate associate at Lincoln Property Company. There, he was responsible for leasing efforts on a nearly 8 million square foot portfolio of multi-tenant industrial assets, successfully completing 290+ transactions as landlord representative.
Mr. Pierson earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing from the University of Arizona. He is also a licensed real estate salesperson in Arizona and Nevada. Outside of the company, he is an active member of FORE THE KIDS, a young professional's nonprofit organization aimed at delivering financial support to local children’s charities in the greater Phoenix area.
