Joey Gilbert is an associate director of Capital Markets | Hospitality Advisory at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Denver, Colorado. In this role, he is responsible for the origination and execution of hospitality investment sales and capital placement across the United States.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Gilbert served as a senior analyst at CBRE Hotels, where he was part of the firm’s institutional platform and assisted in sourcing and executing transactions, including several record-setting price-per-key sales.

Gilbert earned a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, with concentrations in business and real estate, from Colorado State University.
