John Collins
SVP, Servicing GSE Asset Management
John Collins is a Senior Vice President of Servicing at Walker & Dunlop. In his role, he is responsible for the asset management of the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac portfolios.
Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Collins worked at Fannie Mae as a Multifamily Loss Mitigation Director, where he led the Watchlist Management Group for Multifamily Loss Mitigation. Before that, he was a Senior Vice President at CW Capital, managing the primary servicing asset management group for CWCapital's portfolio.
Mr. Collins earned his bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Massachusetts in Boston.
