John Ott is an associate director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Bethesda, Maryland. In this role, he is responsible for structuring debt and equity opportunities across all commercial real estate property types nationwide.

Prior to his current role, Ott worked across the firm’s underwriting platform, where he underwrote and structured multifamily financing transactions and developed experience in credit analysis, deal execution, and capital structuring.

Ott earned a bachelor’s degree in business and economics from Hampden-Sydney College.
