Jonathan Chambre, MAI is a senior director at Apprise by Walker & Dunlop, based in New York City. In this role, he is responsible for leading valuations within New York City, specializing in multifamily, mixed-use and development valuation assignments. Throughout his 15 years of experience, Mr. Chambre has worked extensively with a diverse range of residential assets, including mixed-income and affordable housing, market-rate rentals, super-luxury condominiums, and rent-stabilized buildings. His expertise also encompasses in-depth analysis of development sites, properties with complex ground leases, large-scale or uniquely located projects, and a wide array of commercial properties.

Prior to joining Apprise, Mr. Chambre was a senior director at JLL Valuation and Risk Advisory. He was previously a vice president at Metropolitan Valuation Services.

Mr. Chambre earned his bachelor’s degree from Yeshiva College and his master’s degree from the New York University Schack Institute of Real Estate. He is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute.
