Jonathan Natale is a vice president of Affordable Housing | Specialty Credit at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Needham, Massachusetts. In this role, Natale works on the firm’s specialty credit strategy, focusing on the origination, structuring, and execution of complex debt and structured finance solutions across affordable housing assets.

Prior to his current role, Natale served as vice president of affordable operations and risk management at Walker & Dunlop. Before that, he held roles across the firm’s affordable housing platform, including debt operations, affordable underwriting, and servicing.

Natale earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing from Nichols College.
