Josh DiSalle is a director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Denver, Colorado. In this role, he is responsible for financial modeling, investment advisory, and marketing support for multifamily assets throughout the Denver and Mountain West markets.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, DiSalle served as director of development at Alpine Investments, where he managed the development process for multifamily and commercial assets in the Denver market. Earlier in his career, he was an associate director at HFF, providing financial modeling, marketing, and transaction management support for multifamily and commercial assets in the San Francisco and Bay Area markets.

DiSalle earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s degree in real estate and construction management from the University of Denver Daniels College of Business
