Josh Nadeau

Joshua Nadeau joined Walker & Dunlop (successor in interest to CW Capital) in September 2009 and is a Senior Vice President of Servicing and Asset Management within the loan servicing division. In this capacity, Mr. Nadeau is currently responsible for managing the day-to-day servicing and asset management of Walker & Dunlop’s Bridge Loan programs which includes its internal balance sheet Bridge Lending Program and loans held by third-party Investment Managers. Mr. Nadeau’s staff handles all aspects of loan servicing and asset management including escrow administration, invoicing and collections, escrow analysis, cash management, financial analysis, payoff processing, maturity management, watch list management, business plan monitoring, capex draw processing and other asset management related duties.  Mr. Nadeau is also responsible for the management of the Vendor Management Group (VMG) within the loan servicing division. VMG is responsible for all servicing operations functions including New Loan Setup, Tax Administration, Escrow Analysis, ARM Index Changes, UCC Administration and Mortgage Lien Release Administration.

Prior to his employment with Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Nadeau was an Associate within the CMBS primary loan servicing division of Wells Fargo (successor in interest to Wachovia), where his responsibilities included the servicing of a portfolio of pre-securitization interim loans for third-party CMBS Lenders.

Mr. Nadeau received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Elon University in Elon, NC.
