Kevin Dufour is a senior director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Austin, Texas. In this role, he is responsible for the origination and execution of multifamily investment sales in Central Texas. Throughout his brokerage career, he has closed and participated in more than $5 billion in total sales.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Dufour served as a founding partner of the multifamily team at FourPoint Investment Sales Partners, which was later acquired by Walker & Dunlop. Before that, he focused on asset valuation at a national brokerage firm, where he was a top producer and valued more than $15 billion in commercial real estate assets across the Southwest.

Dufour earned a bachelor’s degree in business economics from the University of Texas at Austin and a master’s degree in real estate from Texas A&M University.
