Lauren Bury is a director of Affordable Housing | Equity at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Denver, Colorado. In this role, she is responsible for supporting the closing and management of LIHTC investments, coordinating due diligence and investor deliverables, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with investor preferences and priorities.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Bury worked on the real estate portfolio management team at Ares Management, where she oversaw the daily operations of an industrial non-core joint venture.

Bury earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Colorado Boulder.
