Liam Grace is a director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in New Orleans, Louisiana. In this role, Grace is responsible for nationwide commercial real estate loan originations, specializing in structuring financing through debt capital sources, including agencies, life companies, banks, and debt funds.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Grace served as a leasing, sales, and acquisitions associate at Beau Box Commercial Real Estate, where he sourced and closed acquisitions and dispositions, as well as handled landlord and tenant representation assignments. Before that, he was an associate at Lincoln Property Company’s headquarters in Dallas, where he worked on the national finance team supporting underwriting, debt and equity placement, and closings.
Grace earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Southern Methodist University and a master’s degree in finance from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.
