Logan Weaver is a director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Kansas City, Missouri. In this role, he represents institutional and private clients in the valuation and disposition of multifamily assets throughout the Midwest. Over the course of his career, he has arranged over $1 billion in sales volume across more than 40 properties.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Weaver served as a vice president at Colliers, where he focused on investment sales in the Kansas City metropolitan area. Earlier in his career, he worked in multifamily investment brokerage at Marcus & Millichap.

Weaver earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on finance, banking, and real estate from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
