Logan Zotovich is a director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Irvine, California. In this role, Zotovich provides financing for multifamily properties nationwide and specializes in small balance loan executions through the firm’s Small Balance Group.

Prior to his current role, Zotovich served as a senior analyst and transaction manager at Walker & Dunlop, where he supported the underwriting, structuring, and closing of multifamily financing transactions.

Zotovich earned a bachelor’s degree in international studies with a focus on global business and economics from the University of California, Irvine, and a master’s degree in marketing from the University of Essex in Colchester, England.
