Mackenzie Kerin is a director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in El Segundo, California. In this role, Kerin is responsible for multifamily loan originations with a focus on small balance executions, primarily throughout the Mountain and Western regions. She has more than 10 years of commercial real estate finance experience specializing in multifamily lending.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Kerin served as a transaction manager at Greystone, where she arranged and executed multifamily agency debt for the firm’s West Coast team. Earlier in her career, she worked as a loan analyst at Barry Slatt Mortgage, where she arranged financing across several property types including multifamily, retail, and hospitality.
Kerin earned a bachelor’s degree in business and finance from Loyola Marymount University. She is a member of the Loyola Marymount Real Estate Alumni Group and serves on the board of directors for the P.S. I Love You Foundation, which supports at-risk youth through social-emotional learning programs.
