Mackenzie Kerin is a director of small balance multifamily lending at Walker & Dunlop, based in Manhattan Beach, California. In her role, she is responsible for multifamily loan originations, primarily in the Mountain and Western regions. Ms. Kerin has 10 years of commercial real estate finance experience.
Before joining Walker & Dunlop, Ms. Kerin was a transaction manager at Greystone, where she arranged and executed multifamily agency debt for the company's West Coast team. Previously, she worked as a loan analyst at Barry Slatt Mortgage, where she arranged financing for various product types, including multifamily, retail, and hospitality.
Ms. Kerin earned her bachelor’s degree in business and finance from Loyola Marymount University and is a member of the Loyola Marymount Real Estate Alumni Group. She also serves on the board of directors for the P.S. I Love You Foundation, which supports at-risk youth through social-emotional learning programs.
