Margaret Geddes
Associate Director, Capital Markets
Margaret Geddes is an associate director of Capital Markets at Walker & Dunlop, based in Atlanta, Georgia. In her role, she is responsible for originating and structuring debt and equity opportunities nationwide.
Prior to her current role at Walker & Dunlop, Mrs. Geddes was a senior analyst, underwriter, senior underwriter, and assistant vice president. Since her start at Walker & Dunlop in 2016, she has underwritten over 75 Fannie and Freddie loans, totaling more than $2.5 billion in loans. Currently, Margaret assists in sourcing a variety of debt from all capital sources.
Mrs. Geddes earned her bachelor’s degree in real estate finance from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
