Margaret Geddes is a director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, Geddes is responsible for originating and structuring debt and equity opportunities and sourcing financing solutions from capital providers across the United States.

Prior to her current role, Geddes served as a senior analyst, underwriter, senior underwriter, and assistant vice president at Walker & Dunlop. Since joining the firm in 2016, she has underwritten more than 75 Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans totaling more than $2.5 billion in financing.

Geddes earned a bachelor’s degree in real estate finance from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
