Matt Cabral

Matt Cabral is a senior vice president and creative director at Walker & Dunlop, based in Atlanta. Mr. Cabral joined the company in 2019 and has since built Walker & Dunlop’s in-house agency from the ground up. In his role, he leads a dynamic team of creative professionals across print and digital design, motion graphics, and video editing—scaling the team’s capabilities to support both brand initiatives and deal-centric marketing that drives business growth. Under his leadership, the team has won more than 70 creative awards, elevating the brand’s visual identity and market presence.
Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Cabral was executive director of creative services and operations at 3BG Digital, where he was a driving force in growing the startup company’s revenue to more than $20 million annually. There, he led a team of more than 30 creative professionals, overseeing branding, digital and print campaigns, video production, web development, and UX/UI design. His work spanned global markets, delivering high-impact creative strategies for clients across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and beyond.
Mr. Cabral earned his bachelor’s degree in advertising and design from the University of Georgia. Outside the company, Mr. Cabral serves on the board of the Fore Hadley Foundation, where he helps shape the organization’s marketing strategy to advance its mission. Since 2015, the foundation has raised more than $1.9 million to fund academic research, provide family support, and increase awareness of congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH).
