Matthew Chase is a senior director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Dallas, Texas. In this role, he is responsible for the origination and execution of multifamily and student housing property sales nationwide. He provides advisory services including asset disposition, valuation, market research, and capital markets execution.

Prior to his current role, Chase served as a director of student housing and senior financial analyst at FourPoint Investment Sales Partners. In those positions, he was responsible for investor relations, investment analysis, pricing, marketing strategy, and client engagement throughout the disposition process. He also conducted financial analysis and valuation of student housing and student-focused assets.

Chase earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Texas Christian University.
