Matthew Chase
Senior Director, Investment Sales
Matthew Chase is a senior director of Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop, based in Dallas, Texas.
In his role, he is responsible for the origination and execution of multifamily and student housing property sales throughout the country. He provides a full range of services for clients including asset disposition, valuation, market research, and capital markets execution.
Prior to his current role at Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Chase was a director of student housing and senior financial analyst at FourPoint Investment Sales partners. In those positions he was Responsible for investor relations, investment analysis, pricing, and marketing strategy, and actively engaging with clients throughout the entirety of the disposition process and Responsible for conducting financial analysis and valuation of student housing and student-focused assets.
Mr. Chase earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Texas Christian University.
