Max Chipouras is a director of Capital Markets | Hospitality Advisory at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, Chipouras focuses on hospitality investment sales, debt placement, equity advisory, and structured capital solutions for hotel and resort assets across the United States.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Chipouras served as a vice president at RobertDouglas, where he advised on nearly $1 billion of hospitality investment sales and capital markets transactions. Before that, he was an advisor on the brokerage team at Cresa.

Chipouras earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Trinity College, where he served as captain of the football team.
