McClaran Hayes is a managing director of Zelman, a Walker & Dunlop Company | Research, and is based in New York, New York. In this role, he is responsible for covering the building products sector as part of the firm's research platform.

Prior to his current role, Hayes advanced through multiple positions at Zelman, including equity research associate, senior associate, and vice president, after joining the firm in 2016.
