Megan Strachan
EVP & Chief Information Officer - WDTech
Megan Strachan is executive vice president and chief information officer of WDTech at Walker & Dunlop, based in Tampa, Florida. In her role, she is responsible for W&D’s technology product vision and strategy. She ensures that WDTech is delivering transformative value through technology to W&D and its clients.
Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Dr. Strachan worked at GeoPhy, a leading CRE data and AI technology company, as vice president of product before it was acquired by W&D in February 2022. Before that, she led product management at multiple FinTech companies.
Dr. Strachan earned her bachelor’s degree in building surveying and her doctorate in philosophy from Heriot-Watt University in the UK.
