Mendel Lazaros
Associate Director
Mendel Lazaros is an associate director of Capital Markets based in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. In his role, he is responsible for providing customized financing solutions to owners and operators of commercial real estate properties across the United States
Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Lazaros worked as the Chief Development Officer for Algemeiner Journal Inc., a newspaper based in New York City, handling their revenue campaigns. Before that, Mr. Lazaros worked as a Finance Consultant for Deerwood Real Estate Capital, which was later acquired by Walker & Dunlop.
Mr. Lazaros earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Yeshiva University and his master’s degree in technology management from Columbia University. He began his real estate career in 2011 after acquiring his NY State Real Estate License.
