Michael Bowles
Director, Capital Markets
Michael Bowles is a director of Capital Markets at Walker & Dunlop. In his role, he is responsible for providing equity and debt financing solutions to commercial and residential real estate developers and operators nationwide.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop in 2015, Mr. Bowles worked at Multi Housing Advisors (now Cushman & Wakefield) in their Birmingham, Alabama office.
Mr. Bowles earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate from Alabama’s Culverhouse College of Commerce and his master’s degree in real estate from Georgetown University.
