Mike Colhoun is a senior director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in San Francisco, California. In this role, he is responsible for originating and executing commercial real estate property sales throughout Northern California. He has 18 years of commercial real estate advisory experience and has been involved in more than 200 transactions totaling more than $600 million in multifamily sales throughout his career.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Colhoun served as a senior managing director at Newmark Knight Frank, where he was responsible for production, underwriting, property tours, and escrow management. Before that, he was an associate at Arroyo & Coates and began his career as a vice president at Sequoia Land Investments.

Colhoun earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Colorado Boulder. He serves as a den leader for the Boy Scouts of America and is involved in coaching youth sports.
