Michael Dixon
Senior Director, Apprise
Mike Dixon is a senior director at Apprise by Walker & Dunlop, based in El Dorado Hills, California. In his role, he is responsible for providing appraisals and consultations for financial institutions, governmental institutions, developers, individual and corporate property owners, and attorneys, among others. Bringing 20 years of experience to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Dixon has experience with all property types, including special use assets such as multi-family (market and affordable-LIHTC Valuation), self-storage, student housing, as well as the general properties, including office buildings, industrial warehouses, and retail centers.
Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Dixon was a senior director at Colliers on their multi-family and affordable housing valuation group. Before that, he worked as a senior director at Cushman & Wakefield.
Mr. Dixon earned his bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Pittsburgh. He has also earned his MAI designation.
