Michael Horan is an associate director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Denver, Colorado. In this role, he is responsible for originating and executing multifamily investment sales and supports financial modeling, investment advisory, and marketing efforts across the Denver and Mountain West markets. He has experience in acquisitions, underwriting, and market coverage across the Western United States, with a focus on Denver, Phoenix, and Las Vegas.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Horan served as associate of Investments – Acquisitions at Grand Peaks, where he was responsible for market analysis and underwriting, while supporting investment decision-making for an institutional multifamily platform ranging from pre-stabilized core assets through value-add and capital structure-driven opportunities.

Horan earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration in finance, with a concentration in investment analysis, from Colorado State University.
