Michael Lombard

Michael Lombard, Senior Vice President, joined Walker & Dunlop in December, 2002 and is responsible for the servicing of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans in excess of $100 billion. Mr. Lombard oversees a staff of loan administrators that provide daily customer service and loan administration duties including: boarding new loans, administering various escrow accounts, performing escrow analysis, administering cash management accounts, resetting ARM loans, delinquency management; processing payoffs, and monitoring compliance with loan documents, agency regulations and various reporting requirements.  

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Lombard served as Vice President of Asset Management at CWCapital LLC (“CW’) where he managed credit risk on the firm’s primary servicing portfolio of commercial real estate loans, worth approximately $16.9 billion.  Earlier in his career, Mr. Lombard served in various positions at Arbor Commercial Mortgage in the servicing and capital markets areas.

Mr. Lombard graduated from the College of the Holy Cross with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and received his Masters in Business Administration from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
