Michael Saclarides is a managing director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, he focuses on supporting the firm’s institutional brokerage activities in Charlotte and throughout the Carolinas.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Saclarides served as a senior director at Cushman & Wakefield in a similar institutional brokerage role. Before that, he worked at Eastdil Secured in New York City, where he was involved in more than $14 billion in capital markets transactions. Earlier in his career, he began his career with JLL in Hong Kong on the commercial markets team.

Saclarides earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a master’s degree in real estate finance from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
