Michael Williams is an associate director of Affordable Housing | Debt at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Dallas, Texas. In this role, he is responsible for providing debt financing solutions for affordable housing properties and supporting clients throughout the financing process.

Prior to his current role, Williams served as an associate director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop, specializing in equity placement and structured finance. Earlier in his career, he interned with NorthMarq and co-founded Triple M Housing, an organization focused on helping high-risk individuals secure long-term employment and housing.

Williams earned a bachelor’s degree in communication from Stanford University, where he was a member of the football team, and a master’s degree in business administration from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University with concentrations in real estate and strategy and entrepreneurship.
