Mike Anderson is a director of Affordable Housing | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this role, Anderson specializes in project-based Section 8, Section 42, and USDA Rural Development asset transactions nationwide. He has more than eight years of affordable housing experience and has facilitated the acquisition, disposition, and redevelopment of projects exceeding $3 billion.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Anderson served as a senior acquisitions associate at Community Preservation Partners, where he sourced acquisition and rehabilitation investments across the United States. Earlier in his career, he held brokerage and investment sales roles at Rittenhouse Realty Advisors and PernaFrederick.

Anderson earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Temple University Fox School of Business. He resides in the Philadelphia suburbs with his wife and two sons.
