Mikey Bryant is a director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Dallas, Texas. In this role, he is responsible for the origination and execution of multifamily investment sales, with a focus on the Dallas-Fort Worth and South-Central United States regions.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Bryant served as a senior associate at CBRE in the Dallas-Fort Worth office. There, he was involved in individual and portfolio-level asset dispositions for institutional investors, syndications, family offices, foreign investors, and real estate investment trusts. During his tenure, he was involved in approximately $6 billion of sale transactions.

Bryant earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and government from the University of Texas at Austin. He is involved with The Salvation Army, The Real Estate Council, and the Clayton Dabney Foundation.
