Mikey Bryant
Director, Investment Sales
Mikey Bryant is a director on Walker & Dunlop’s Investment Sales team based in Dallas, Texas. In his role, he is responsible for the origination and execution of multifamily investment sales, focusing on the Dallas-Fort Worth and South-Central U.S. regions.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Bryant served as a Senior Associate at CBRE in the Dallas-Fort Worth office. At CBRE, he was primarily involved in individual and portfolio-level asset dispositions with institutional investors, syndications, family offices, foreign investors, and REITs. During his tenure, Mr. Bryant was involved with roughly $6B of sale transactions.
Mr. Bryant earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration and government from the University of Texas at Austin. He is also actively involved in community organizations, such as The Salvation Army, The Real Estate Council, and the Clayton Dabney Foundation.
