Nate Emerton
Managing Director, Zelman & Associates
Nate Emerton joined Zelman & Associates as a Managing Director of Research Sales. He brings over 20 years of experience working with institutional research and investment banking.
Before coming to Zelman, he spent five years at Berenberg Capital Markets selling US equity research and capital market transactions. Prior to Berenberg, Nate worked as an Institutional Salesperson for Craig-Hallum Captial Group, Ned Davis Research, and ThinkEquity Partners. He graduated from Drake University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics.
Nate lives in the Boston area with his wife and two kids. On the weekends he can often be found at a hockey rink coaching his daughter’s team and cheering on his son.
