Nathan Jones is a senior director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Houston, Texas. In this role, he is responsible for executing the disposition of multifamily assets throughout the Houston region. He has more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience, has underwritten more than $15 billion in property development and sales, and specializes in institutional, affordable, and value-add multifamily transactions.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Jones served as operations director for Berkadia’s Houston multifamily investment sales team, where he led financial evaluation and marketing efforts for single-asset and portfolio dispositions on behalf of private and institutional clients. Before that, he held roles at CBRE, The Hanover Company, Hearthstone Assisted Living, Belmont Village, and HCR ManorCare.

Jones earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of California, Riverside and a master’s degree in business administration from California State University, Sacramento.
