Nicholas Hall
Associate Director, Investment Sales
Nicholas Hall is an associate director of Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop, based in Chicago, Illinois. In his role, he is responsible for the sale and disposition of seniors housing and healthcare properties across the United States, ranging from independent living communities to skilled nursing facilities. Mr. Hall and his team have consistently been ranked within the top five Investment Sales teams in the country.
Prior to his current role at Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Hall served as a senior analyst, where he was responsible for underwriting, valuation, due diligence coordination, and research of independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing communities. Before that, Mr. Hall was a financial analyst at Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), where he was responsible for underwriting and valuation of seniors housing and healthcare properties nationwide.
Mr. Hall earned his bachelor’s degree in business from Creighton University’s Heider College of Business.
